Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-floor reworks and additions. Renovations are where surprises live — what’s actually behind the wall, whether that wall is structural, whether the existing electrical will pass. We open things up, tell you what we found, and reprice honestly rather than quietly absorbing it into a change order at the end.
If you’re living in the house during the work, say so at the consultation. Dust control, phasing and which rooms stay usable are all things we’d rather plan around than apologise for.

A legal secondary suite is one of the most reliable ways to add real income to a Calgary-area property — and one of the easiest things to get wrong. A suite without a permit, proper egress, fire separation or the right parking isn’t a rental asset; it’s a problem waiting for an insurance claim or a buyer’s lawyer.
The first thing we do is tell you whether your property can legally carry a suite at all — ceiling height, window wells, entry, parking. If the answer is no, you hear it at the free consultation, not after drawings have been paid for.

Detached and attached garages built on proper footings, with the development permit handled and the finish matched to the house. A garage is the project most often done cheaply and then redone properly five years later — usually because the slab, the drainage or the permit were skipped.
